Q: How do I start?
A: You have a choice of selecting either UNC or Rex as your HeartAware partner. Choose the partner that you would like to work with should you be eligible for the free personal one-on-one screening. (eg. would you rather come to Rex or UNC Healthcare in Chapel Hill.)
Once you select your screening partner you will be directed to the online screening where you will answer a series of questions about your health, lifestyle and family history. At the end of your session, you may be asked if you want UNC and Rex Healthcare to follow-up with you. If you agree (and only if you agree) you will be contacted about a free follow-up consultation either at Rex Hospital or UNC Hospital.
